According to a cast member, Brer fox doesn't make appearances at animal kingdom anymore. Only during parades and then again he's RARE TO FIND!!! Your best bet is to go to EPCOT,brer fox and brer bear do make appearances randomly but they are hard to find so keep an eye out...
