Buzz appears daily for meet and greet activities, so you should have no trouble finding him. He can be found in Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom near the Carosel of Progress. He also meets at Pixar Place in Hollywood Studios (right nect to Toy Story Midway Mania), along with his good friend, Woody the cowboy.

Buzz usually stamps his name, rather than signing an autograph. Occasionally, he will use a pen, but this is typically not the case.

The line was very short and right at the end of the meet and greet was a line for candy that let you come back for seconds! :)
